Les restaurants sont les endroits privilégiés de notre quotidien. Ce sont les endroits où l’on souhaite passer un moment agréable entre amis ou en famille. C’est pourquoi on espère toujours trouver un endroit sinon agréable, du moins correct. Malheureusement, certains clients font l’amère expérience de se retrouver avec des plats qui ne donnent vraiment pas envie (et encore, parfois le mot est faible).
